    Biobased products are derived from plants and other renewable agricultural, marine, and forestry materials and provide an alternative to conventional synthetic derived products. Biobased products include diverse categories such as lubricants, cleaning products, inks, fertilizers, and bioplastics. For the purposes of the BioPreferred Program, biobased products do not include food, animal feed, or fuel. This document provides more information about biobased content and how it is determined. Products participating in the labeling initiative have their biobased content measured using ASTM D6866 as part of the certification process.

    Distributed and recognized globally, the Certified Vegan Logo is a registered trademark, similar in nature to the kosher mark, for products that do not contain animal products or byproducts and that have not been tested on animals. The certified logo is easily visible to consumers interested in vegan products and helps vegans to shop without constantly consulting ingredient lists. We were awarded this certification after and extensive drill down between our manufacturing and suppliers.  They assure that all ingredients do not have animal testing or animal by-products. Cruelty Free and Clean Ingredients!

Refunds & Returns


We offer free replacements for damaged items.

Items Damaged in the mail:  Absolute Green will create a damage claim with the carrier on your behalf. Please do not discard any packaging or products until all shipping issues have been resolved.

We will require a photograph(s) of the damaged good(s) to begin the process of your refund.  You can send the photos and other information to hello@absolutegreen.com.  Without this information we will be unable to refund your product(s).

If your package is lost contact us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve your issue. Please help us out by first checking with your local post office, and all family members, co-workers, neighbors, or any other person who may have accepted or stored the package before reporting it lost or missing.  If you live or work in a complex please check with the front desk/office to see if it was received by them. 


We accept returns on unused and unopened items. The customer is responsible for return shipping.  We will refund the amount (via the same method of payment) within 7 days once we have received and inspected the products.  Funds may not appear in your account for up to two weeks.

If we receive a returned package due to insufficient/non-deliverable address or it was refused: If there is no damage to the items, we will refund the cost of the products but not the shipping. 

If a mistake was made by us (sorry, we're human ) and you received something other than what you ordered; a photo is required to show what you did receive. We will contact you once we have received the photo. Send pictures to  hello@absolutegreen.com along with your order # and contact info.

If you have purchased an item from one of our retailers and would like to return it, please reach out to them with your receipt.
